1. Thank you to all those students who cheered us yesterday by wearing their
clever and creative hats. They absolutely credited you for assisting and that
was neat! Also, it goes without saying that many OLC noggins sported
Eagles' headgear & wore them proudly! The "Surprise Teacher" after lunch
experience went well and the kiddos set about in each room decorating
paper sneakers for display on our "bridge!" A great way to remind us that
we are on the right road when we walk with Jesus! (Do I hear an "AMEN?")
2. A reminder that students may wear their gym uniforms tomorrow for fun in
the gym, rotating as participants and cheering spectators!
3. Snack orders for next week: 4 days.
4. Grades PreK & K may bring in orders for nuggets/fries tomorrow for their
lunches on Friday. ($2.75)
5. Science Explorers meet tomorrow after school in 4C.
6. Our Pre-K 4 year-olds visited the Art Museum today and had an enjoyable
and safe experience.
7. Today our students had the opportunity to walk around the school and
check out the decorated Bible theme door in each classroom. Their teachers
explained the Bible stories as the children admired the artwork and
creativity of each door. Speaking of which, Annalise Schuck (8B) a very
gifted young lady, enhanced a few classrooms with her amazing painting
skills and quite a few students assisted in the project for their classrooms.
Also, each participating teacher received a "Door" Prize!
