1. A special word of thanks to our Communion Class for their fine behavior
and inspiring participation in the activities of their "Jesus Day" retreat this
past Saturday! We are most grateful to Mrs. Costello, their teachers,
parents, and family members who assisted with set-up, clean-up, and
keeping them company. Father Babowitch was on hand to lead us in
prayer, encourage our students, and bless our day!
2. Last Friday our Pre-K and Kindergarten students were treated to the Home
& School Easter Bunny Lunch! We appreciate the leadership of Mrs. Diana
ONeil, her team of parent volunteers and the 8th graders who guided the
wee ones through their fun events.
3. Grades 7 & 2 may bring in orders for pizza ($1.25) and ice cream
tomorrow for their lunches on Tuesday.
4. Our "Men of Calvary" will be having their annual "Easter Egg Hunt"
on Holy Saturday morning at 10:00 A.M. for our Pre-K to Grade 2 students.
They are asked to bring their Easter baskets (empty) to fill them with their
findings.
5. Information about vehicle drop-offs & pick-ups of students during the
carnival was enclosed in the Parish Bulletin and we will be sending home a
copy with the students. (Week of April 23rd to April 26th - school days)
Wristbands for the Amusements (rides) are still available for $15 until
tomorrow or purchase them at the Scrip Office during Scrip hours. After
that the price is $20.
