1. A special word of gratitude to Father Babowitch, Father Kirk,
Mrs. Costello, our staff, students, families and guests, for their
preparation & participation in our Catholic Schools Week Masses
and Open House! They made the day a truly memorable experience!
2. Congratulations to Jackson Crowley (2A) who was baptized yesterday
afternoon!
3. Grade 7 students will celebrate their "House" Saint, Thomas Aquinas,
Tuesday by attending the 8 A.M. Mass and having a pizza, juice, & ice
cream lunch on the "house!"
4. Grade 2 may order nuggets/fries ($3) and ice cream tomorrow for their
lunches on Tuesday.
5. Tomorrow will be a day of prayer for parishioners & OLC supporters by
our students. Grade 8 students will attend the 8 A.M. Mass and the other
grades will visit the Upper Church briefly to offer their prayers for all
those who care about us and for God to continue blessing us.

7. Hearing the tragic news today about Kobe and having watched the Sixers
last night as they played the Lakers and all eyes were on Lebron James to
go past Kobe's 3rd place scoring record, it was interesting to see Kobe's
response when Lebron nudged Kobe to 4th place. He tweeted
"Continuing to move the game forward. Much respect my brother."
