1. Every year our Kindergarten Class experiences a visit from Quiver Farms
with eggs that are delivered in the environment in which they will hatch.
This is an egg-citing moment for the children as they anxiously await the
arrival of the chicks! The "Reveal" occurred last evening and all are now
dried out, fluffy and feeding heartily! There are an even dozen with
2 blondes and 10 brunettes (all the eggs hatched). Tours have been arranged
among our Pre-School classes. (Glad it's pizza week & not nuggets...)
2. Grades PreK & K may bring in orders for pizza ($1.25) tomorrow for their
lunches on Friday.
3. Snack orders for next week: 5 days.
4. Science Explorers will meet afrer school tomorrow.
5. If you plan to join us next Wednesday for our OLC Barnes & Noble Night,
feel free to pick up Barnes & Noble scrip and also Rita's Water Ice scrip as
they will give us a portion of sales if you let them know you are from OLC!
6. Flyers have been sent home with your youngest about "Summer Solutions!"
A great opportunity to keep the students sharp academically over the
summer. (Brought to you by the "Simple Solutions" people.)
