On this feast of the Holy Family and as a Sister of the Holy Family, I assure you of my continuing prayers for all of our families each day,and especially during these uncertain and challenging times. 
        Listening to a news report this morning with parents in Nashville who were awakened at an early hour and warned to leave immediately with their children (ages 1 & 4) you could hear how terrifying the explosions were that rocked their world!  They escaped unharmed but the reporter put things in perspective when he followed up the brief interview with the thought that parents have to explain to their children, on Christmas Day, why so much of what their children looked forward to was taken from them...  (The people of Nashville are in our prayers.)
